Once the real estate documents needing signatures and notarization are received, a Speedy Closer will confirm the appointment with the borrower and prepare and organize the documents. One of our Certified Notary Signing Agents (CSA) will then meet with the borrower(s) at their home, office, or wherever is most convenient for them. The CSA will witness the borrower(s) signatures, notarize the documents, assist the client, collect any additional needed documents from borrower, then quickly deliver the documents to their next destination. We understand that both you and your clients have demanding schedules, and our job is to facilitate the transaction by accommodating both you and your client the best we can.
